Endnote: In Service for Librarians 2003 At the recent QULOC EndNote Seminar there were over 50 attendees from QULOC Libraries. The face to face sharing of information, and the support given to colleagues were the highlights of the day. Everyone agreed that there is a definite need for ongoing sharing of knowledge about EndNote. Most attendees indicated that they came to the seminar wanting more information on advanced EndNote and a desire to become better trainers. They appreciated that QULOC as an organisation would sponsor a seminar that helped all institutions share information. Feedback was positive with one Librarian writing “Everything was extremely informative, particularly trouble shooting and sharing experiences”, and from another, “Continue the good work”. QULOC institutions when compared to other EndNote communities around the world are in a leading position with support and information available to clients. |
