Access, Services and Spaces Working Party
Terms of Reference
- To provide a forum for the exchange of information, including regular Practitioner's Forums, to identify emerging issues and trends in client access and service desk operations, learning spaces, and collection services relevant to QULOC libraries.
- To cooperatively develop and implement where applicable, programs, models and methodologies relating to client access and service desks, learning spaces, and collection services.
- To collaborate with other QULOC Working Parties on matters of shared interest.
- To advise the University Librarians on relevant issues as appropriate.
- To promote common interests of QULOC Working Parties to outside forums.
