Staffing Issues Working Party

Document 25x25 Terms of Reference

  1. To monitor the environment to identify emerging issues and trends in staffing issues relevant to QULOC libraries.
  2. To provide a forum for the exchange of information on matters relating to staffing issues.
  3. To monitor trends and share information regarding programs, models and methodologies relating to staffing issues.
  4. To cooperatively organise and run staff development programs and training activities.
  5. To communicate and collaborate with other QULOC Working Parties on matters of shared interest.
  6. To advise the University Librarians on staffing issues relevant to QULOC.
  7. To promote common interests of QULOC Working Parties to outside forums.
