QULOC Wiki
Any staff member from a QULOC member library can sign up for access to the QULOC wiki. The wiki allows Working Party and Reference Group members to work collaboratively, and to access a central repository of information.
Most Working Parties and Reference Groups use the wiki to some extent, for sharing meeting agendas and institutional reports, workshop planning, and for presentations and reports given at meetings that are not suitable for the public QULOC website.
To apply for access to the QULOC wiki:
- Visit http://quloc.wikispaces.com
- Choose to "create an account"
- Enter a username for yourself. This username will identify you to all other users of the QULOC wiki, so please choose a username that is as close as possible to your real name (e.g firstname_lastname). Also note that your account is unique to you, and should not include your institution's name. (You may want to continue to access the wiki if you move to another QULOC member library.)
- Enter a password, your email addres, and other requested information.
(If you are asked if you want to make a Wiki, choose No.) - Once you submit your request, you will need to wait until the QULOC Executive Officer approves your request for access.
When your request for access has been approved, you will be able to login to the wiki by visiting http://quloc.wikispaces.com and entering your username and password. If you forget your username and password, there is a "Forgot your password?" link on the login page where you can request that these details be emailed to you.
